Privacy & Video Surveillance Data Protection Policy
Comprehensive guidelines governing the collection, transmission, 256-bit encryption, forensic retention, and protection of commercial video surveillance data by Stylish Pro Monitoring LLC.
Stylish Pro Monitoring LLC connects to your on-site NVR/DVR systems solely for real-time commercial surveillance, active threat deterrence, and authorized shift audits. We do not sell, rent, commercialize, or share client video streams with marketing entities, data brokers, or unauthorized third parties. All video data remains the exclusive property of the subscribing business owner.
1. Corporate Entity & Scope of Policy
This Privacy and Video Surveillance Data Protection Policy ("Policy") applies to Stylish Pro Monitoring LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a legally registered commercial security and remote video guarding entity in the State of Texas, operating its central dispatch command facility at 3118 Greg Lane, Tyler, TX 10002, USA.
This Policy governs the handling of video surveillance feeds, audio telemetry, POS cashier register video recordings, client administrative credentials, and communication logs collected across client commercial facilitiesβincluding gas stations, convenience stores, smoke & vape shops, cellular electronics retailers, commercial warehouses, equipment yards, and auto dealerships across Texas and the United States.
2. Categories of Information Processed
In delivering proactive 24/7 video guarding and forensic shift audit services, Stylish Pro Monitoring processes the following categories of data:
- Live Video Streams: Real-time high-definition video feeds transmitted from client on-site camera channels (forecourt pumps, canopy aisles, cash register checkout stations, customer entrances, stockrooms, perimeter fences, and delivery loading docks).
- Two-Way Audio Telemetry: Audio streams captured during live intervention events and two-way voice talk-down broadcasts via high-decibel on-site horn speakers.
- Forensic Shift & Till Audit Recordings: Recorded video footage synchronized with client shift handover schedules, safe drops, and cash drawer reconciliations.
- Incident Evidence Packages: High-definition video clips (1080p/4K) and still images extracted during security breaches, criminal trespass, robbery attempts, or cashier shortages.
- Administrative & Account Records: Business owner name, commercial address, direct telephone and emergency contact numbers, authorized WhatsApp dispatch recipient numbers, and billing details.
3. Video Stream Security & Transmission Architecture
Protecting client video streams against interception, hacking, and unauthorized tampering is central to our operational protocol:
- 256-Bit Military-Grade AES Encryption: All live video streams and remote NVR bridges utilize encrypted peer-to-peer (P2P) tunnels and Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) protocols.
- Zero Open Public Port Forwarding: We avoid insecure open-port setups. Client NVR systems connect via encrypted outbound stream handshakes, shielding hardware from public port-scanning exploits.
- Dual-Carrier Enterprise Redundancy: Our Tyler, Texas Security Operations Center (SOC) operates on dual-carrier redundant enterprise fiber links with automatic diesel generator failover to ensure uninterrupted, secure stream reception.
4. Access Control & Operator Surveillance Governance
Client camera feeds are accessible strictly by authorized personnel under rigorous physical and electronic safeguards:
- Physical SOC Access Controls: The Tyler, TX central dispatch room is a restricted-access facility requiring biometric and multi-factor authentication. Unauthorized visitors and non-operational staff are prohibited from entering monitoring suites.
- No Personal Electronic Devices: Operators on shift are strictly prohibited from bringing personal smartphones, cameras, USB storage, or recording hardware onto surveillance consoles.
- Strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Every surveillance specialist and shift supervisor signs legally binding confidentiality agreements governed by Texas law, prohibiting the disclosure of client store operations, cashier practices, customer interactions, or financial drops.
- Immutable Audit Logging: Every time an operator pulls up a live feed, initiates an audio talk-down broadcast, or exports a video clip, an immutable timestamped log is generated and retained in our security governance logs.
5. Video Retention, Cloud Backup & Automated Deletion
Our data retention guidelines balance forensic utility with storage privacy:
- On-Site Retention: Primary continuous video recordings remain on the client's on-site NVR/DVR storage drives under client direct control, typically retaining 14 to 60 days depending on client hard drive capacity.
- Off-Site Encrypted Cloud Backup: For subscribers on Pro and Enterprise tiers, critical perimeter events, after-hours breaches, and shift audit clips are synchronized to our redundant Texas cloud server network.
- 30-Day Rolling Storage Cycle: Standard routine event clips are held on encrypted servers for thirty (30) calendar days before automated permanent deletion.
- Extended Forensic Archival: Verified criminal incidents, police evidence files, and insurance investigation exports are preserved in an encrypted evidence locker for up to seven (7) years or until legal proceedings conclude.
6. Disclosure to Law Enforcement & Emergency Responders
Stylish Pro Monitoring collaborates with municipal police departments, county sheriffs, and state law enforcement agencies under strict protocols:
- Verified In-Progress Emergencies: When our operators visually confirm active robberies, weapon brandishing, fuel pump tampering, or burglary breaches, operators relay verified crime codes and live physical suspect descriptions directly to municipal 911 dispatch centers.
- Forensic Chain of Custody: Extracted video files provided to police detectives include cryptographic hash verification, synchronized UTC/CST timecodes, and signed Chain of Custody certificates ensuring courtroom evidentiary admissibility.
- Court Subpoenas & Warrants: Unless compelled by a valid federal or Texas state search warrant, court order, or formal subpoena, we will not surrender client video footage to third parties without prior written authorization from the account owner.
7. WhatsApp Dispatch Communications & Proof Delivery
In providing real-time threat dispatch and shift audit evidence, Stylish Pro utilizes direct end-to-end encrypted messaging via WhatsApp:
Video evidence clips dispatched to the subscriber's registered mobile number are delivered via WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted protocol. Clients are responsible for maintaining device security on their personal smartphones. Subscribers may request that evidence clips be delivered exclusively via encrypted email or cloud download links at any time by contacting operations.
8. Website Visitor Data & Cookies Policy
When browsing our public website (stylishpromonitoring.com), we collect limited technical telemetry to optimize performance:
